Christina works from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on identifying areas of strength, and providing support to help children and adolescents foster resilience to overcome difficulties.
"Resilience is the ability to adapt when faced with stress and challenges. The unique strengths that individuals have can contribute greatly with helping build resiliency to adapt to life's challenges. I am honoured to be a part of the mental health journeys of the clients I support daily. A strengths-based emphasis is central to my practice and underlies my assessment approach as I help you find the answers you're seeking, while guiding your growth with coping skills and strategies to support you across areas of your life. Emphasizing the strengths and resiliency inherent in my clients guides my client-centered approach to therapy while I draw from multiple modalities to support your individual needs.
