Kendra is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, offering tailored strategies to help them overcome challenges they may be facing with communication, relationship building, or conflict resolution. She has completed training through the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) and the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), and is currently working toward her Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) designation. She also volunteers with the Community Mediation Calgary Society (CMCS), where she has gained valuable experience assisting with community mediations, facilitating difficult conversations, and creating a space where people feel heard and understood.
